These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI-Koçu YKS/KPSS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AI-Koçu YKS/KPSS is a digital study support application designed to assist users in exam preparation. The Service may provide analysis, insights, summaries, reminders, and recommendations based on data entered by the user.

AI-Koçu is not a school, tutoring center, licensed educational institution, or professional counseling service. The Service is intended solely for informational and personal study support purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information,
• keep your information up to date,
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis.

If you purchase a subscription:

• fees will be charged as displayed at the time of purchase,
• renewals may occur automatically depending on the platform (e.g., Google Play / App Store),
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through the respective app store account,
• pricing, free trials, and promotions will be clearly presented before purchase.

Taxes may be included or applied where required.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems,
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Service,
• use automated systems (bots, scraping, etc.) to abuse the platform,
• submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content,
• use the Service for cheating or unethical exam practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

You are responsible for any data, notes, results, or content you enter into the Service.

9. AI Disclaimer

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and insights.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable,
• outputs are provided for informational purposes only,
• the Service does not provide professional, educational, psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions.

10. No Guarantee of Results

AI-Koçu does not guarantee any exam success, score, ranking, or placement.

Your results depend on many factors including your effort, consistency, and external conditions.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI
• Google Analytics
• Supabase

These services may process data as part of providing functionality. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the app or via our website.

Deletion process:

• your account may be retained in a soft-deleted state for up to 7 days,
• after that, data deletion processes begin,
• complete deletion may take up to 30 days, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Certain data may be retained where required by law.

14. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Service, including software, design, branding, and content, belong to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages,
• loss of data, opportunities, or profits,
• inaccuracies in AI outputs,
• exam results or personal performance outcomes,
• service interruptions caused by third parties.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Consumers retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
